PROCESSING & SHPPING:

We process orders 7 days a week however the processing times vary between 3-5 days depending upon the number of orders. Generally processing times are longer close to Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If the information provided is incorrect or if there is missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information which could cause delays in the delivery of your order.

Please note: Any replacement or refund is voided if incorrect shipping information is provided. Once the shipment confirmation email is sent, we will no longer be able to correct the delivery information.

Once the package leaves our warehouse and is handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for any unforeseen delays by USPS.
