We process orders 7 days a week however the processing times vary between 3-5 days depending upon the number of orders. Generally processing times are longer close to Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas.

Answer: Yes, it comes in a box. The dome is wrapped in bubble wrap and then encased in a tight foam packaging which is then put in a box.

Question: How many colors are available?
Answer: It is available in 2 color, purple and red.

Question: Are these real roses and leaves?
Answer: No, these are not real roses or real leaves. They are made of flannette which is a type of fabric material and molded to form incredibly detailed roses and leaves.

Question: Does it come put together or is this a DIY?
Answer: It comes put together, completely assembled. Just take it out of the box and unwrap to reveal the beautiful details of the product.

Question: Is the dome made of glass? Can it break?
Answer: Yes, the dome is made of glass. It is a borosilicate glass with thickness of 0.1 inch and like all types of glass, it can break as well.

Question: Does it require batteries?
Answer: Yes, it requires 3 AAA batteries.

Question: Do you provide the batteries?
Answer: Unfortunately, we do not provide batteries with this product.

Question: What is the most beautiful color?
Answer: It really depends on personal preference and the occasion. Our best sellers are red and purple though.

Answer: Processing time varies between 3 - 5 days.

Question: What are the shipping options?
Answer: It ships with USPS Priority shipping which usually takes 2-3 days to deliver.

Question: Can I order mixed roses in 1 order?
Answer: Unfortunately, the option to choose mixed roses is not available. All 3 roses must be of the same color.

Answer: We offer 30 day money back return. No questions asked! You will be refunded the whole amount once the product has been returned.

Answer: The necklace is 100% 925 Sterling Silver and will not tarnish, if properly taken care of. Avoid wearing the necklace while bathing or swimming. Store in the pouch/box provided when not in use.

Question: Is it adjustable?
Answer: Yes, the chain length is 18 inches but can be extended to an additional 2 inches.
