DIMENSIONS

Olive SM: Approx. 15-16.5 inch long x 5-7 inch wide (+/- 0.5 inch).
Olive MED: Approx. 17-18.5 inch long x 7-9 inch wide (+/- 0.5 inch).
Olive LG Approx. 19-20.5 inch long x 8-10 inch wide (+/- 0.5 inch).
Olive XLG Approx. 20.5 inch and above x 8-10 inch wide
Bamboo LG: 15.75 inch x 11 inch. Thickness: 1 inch (with handles and juice groove).

Each cutting board is hand-made and then treated with natural minerals for longevity. Our olive wood cutting boards are 0.65 - 0.75 inch thick with minor variation from board to board. There may also be slight variations in thickness within the same board.

NOTE 

Please note the listing pictures are just an example of the board. Olive wood boards can be irregular in shape. The grains and striations in olive wood vary from board to board. No two boards are the same in size, shape or color. Some are darker in grain while some are lighter. Also, each board engraves differently. Some cutting board may engrave slightly lighter or darker than the other ones.

CARE

Hand wash ONLY. Do not place it in a dishwasher.
Always store it in a cool dry place.
DO NOT leave soaking in water or exposed to direct heat or sunshine.
Periodically season your boards with food grade mineral oil, at least once a month.
